Setup email in outlook 2010

Solution

To setup email accounts in outlook 2010 where the domain is hosted by NTR.

In outlook, select file, Account Settings, then Account Settings... A windows should open and the title should say Account Settings. Select the E-mail tab, Click on the New... button. Select E-mail Account, click on the next button. Select manually configure Server Settings, click on the next button. Select Internet E-mail, click on the next button. Enter appropriate information:

User Information

Your Name: name

E-mail Address : user@domain.com

Server Information

Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.domain.com 

Logon Information

User Name: user@domain.com

Password: youremailpassword

 Click on the More Settings... button. Click on the Outgoing Server tab. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then select the radio button Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Click on the Advanced tab :

Server Port Numbers

for Incoming server (POP3): 110

Outgoing server (SMTP): 25

Use the following type of encrypted connection: None

Select the ok button and then click on Test Account Settings... if no errors 

Click the next button.

If an error is reported make sure that you have entered evrything correctly. If you are still having problems create a support ticket with the error message.
