What is a support ticket?

Solution

A support ticket is a way to track a problem from start to finish. When a user (party with computer problem or question) creates a ticket, then the NTR support staff will respond to the ticket and try to resolve the problem or answer the question. This will allow both parties to see where we are with each problem. It also allows the user an easy way to keep track of techincal problems and solutions. Once a ticket is closed it is transferred to the billing department. The billing department will generate an invoice from each support ticket and email the invoice to the responsible party.
