EVENT ID 8016 Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client
The system failed to register host (A or AAAA) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\\\{<interface>\\}\RegistrationEnabled to 0 instead of the default value of 1. You can also use netsh, but you'll have to reconfigure the DNS server settings as well:
